6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the countries and regions listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Prime Deals is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur after the product has been handed to the carrier. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@primedealpicks.com. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The item must not be listed as a non-returnable product at the time of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
